I just noticed that I forgot to post last Friday after my weigh in. I lost 2.8 last week and 3 lbs this week for a total of 19.4. I think it is great that it only took me 9 weeks to lose that much. I am happy with 2 or 3 lbs a week. I did have that big gain 3 weeks ago but I am back on track and feeling wonderful. I have my pedometer on every day and have been trying to walk more steps each day. Today is pretty nice out so I took my book and went for a walk and then sat in the park and got to read a few chapters. There really hasn't been much going on with me. I have been writing done what I want to put in my garden this year. We took out the strawberry patch so I know I want to try something new this year. I don't think I am going to plant anything on the side of the house like we did last year because it doesn't get enough sun. I did put tons of green onions and those came out OK but I only got 2 big zucchini out of the plants I put on the side. My weight watcher leader last week asked us to try a few different foods so I decided to try making baked sweet potato fries. They were delicious. I never had sweet potatoes so that was a treat. I also tried couscous but I had to spice it up with tabasco sauce and some fresh parmesan cheese. I did like it but will have to find some recipes to add things to it to make it more enjoyable.
Well, I guess I will get off of here and go watch another disc of season 1 of Nip/Tuck that my sister sent to me.
