Shrinking Woman


I am happy to annouce that I lost another 2 lbs making my total to 10 lbs. I started weighing myself on Jan. 1st and that is when I have been writing down everything I eat and all my physical activities.

When I had my brain surgery last month I was heavier. I have actually lost a total of 22 lbs so far but since I started this new way of living healthy on Jan. 1 that is where I am starting and putting it down on my journal. It does feel good though to know that since surgery I have lost that much. I write in a journal at home and keep my total pounds lost in it.

Well, I just want to stop by with my good news. I am getting hungry for some oatmeal and fruit.
