I just wanted to tell you all that I lost another pound. Slow but sure. That is a total of 8 lbs so far. My goal is to lose between 8 to 10 lbs a month. Today I am going to start exercising to my Walk Away The Pounds tapes. I am hoping my hubby is going to do a side job so I can go into the front room and work out. I feel energized today. I already have done 2 loads of laundry.
I have been drinking blueberry smoothies for breakfast and that seems to give me tons of energy. When lunch time comes around I have been eating spinach salads with either a chicken breast or salmon cut up in them. Even though the weather here has been cold I have been grilling tons of vegetables with a little olive oil and seasonings.
I can't believe when you try to eat healthy how expensive it can get. My hubby and I went to 2 stores yesterday and spent so much. I still have a few vegetables I forgot to get. I love bell peppers but they are so expensive. We love growing our own in the summer. I think I will buy extra plants this year so I can have extra during the winter months.
Well, it is time for me to get off this thing and feel the burn with exercising. LOL
