I just wanted to tell you all that I lost another pound. Slow but sure. That is a total of 8 lbs so far. My goal is to lose between 8 to 10 lbs a month. Today I am going to start exercising to my Walk Away The Pounds tapes. I am hoping my hubby is going to do a side job so I can go into the front room and work out. I feel energized today. I already have done 2 loads of laundry.

I have been drinking blueberry smoothies for breakfast and that seems to give me tons of energy. When lunch time comes around I have been eating spinach salads with either a chicken breast or salmon cut up in them. Even though the weather here has been cold I have been grilling tons of vegetables with a little olive oil and seasonings.

I can't believe when you try to eat healthy how expensive it can get. My hubby and I went to 2 stores yesterday and spent so much. I still have a few vegetables I forgot to get. I love bell peppers but they are so expensive. We love growing our own in the summer. I think I will buy extra plants this year so I can have extra during the winter months.

Well, it is time for me to get off this thing and feel the burn with exercising. LOL

I found that out when I was dieting. Everything costs so much. Good for your on your weight loss. Are you feeling better?

I am so proud of you another pound that is so great!!!! I know exactly what you mean it cost's a fortune to eat healthy. Have you seen those tv commercials where they have this planter thing that lets you grow everything all winter long...I forget the name of it but I want one. Keep it up you are doing so great!

Way to go on the weight you've lost, sounds like you are on the right track. Keep eating lots of veggies and fruits, that's a good way to get the weight off for sure and cut out salt. Like you went to get some green peppers, won't pay 99 cents for one. I'll be growing my own come summer like we did last year. Take care.

Yep, dieting isn't cheap. And that's a real shame. We wouldn't be such a large nation if it were the other way around.

I also did two loads of laundry today but that's as far as I got. Haven't done another thing constructive all day.

Congratulations on losing another pound! I can understand the cost factor to healthy eating, but really it saves in the long run when considering things like medications and medical bills from eating the wrong way.

Way to go on another lb gone forever. Groceries are just more expensive now too. Maybe things will start getting a bit cheaper again soon.
